Help needed for my dell xps710 please

Ive just got my hands on an xps 710 system core 2 duo extremne for peanuts but its all screwed up. when it starts monitor doesnt come off standby, lights 1 2 3 light up on the front and after power on 10 secs later system beeps and thats it - PEOPLE I NEED IDEAS!!! this is going to be my project restoration so all minds together please !!!

its a core 2 duo extremne processor 1tb hard drive, 2 x 1024mb ram, 1gig graphics 2x 7950gtx, sb xifi 128mb physics card, media card reader floppy and 2 dvd writers

its faulty not stolen, paid £600, ive fixed it, one of the graphics cards dont work, works fine now

I dont know what planet you are on but xps systemd definetly come with sli graphics!!!! and you couldnt steal one of these, there're too big and heavy

well it seems that since they launched the xps 710 h2c sli is only available in that not the standard 710s
