Help Needed #IS_STRING_NOT DEFINED#

I've tried installing Hemera Box of Art on my desktop and laptop computers and I get Error Message ##***IS_STRING_NOT_DEFINED***##.

The software is sound as a friend did a trial install and uninstall on his own computer. On My Desktop I tried installing in safe mode to no avail. I've closed NAV, Zone Alarm Adaware and all other programs in the system tray and still get the same message. I copied the Program to my Maxtor One Touch external HDD and tried installing it from there, that didn't work either!

My AV Program on my laptop is BitDefener I disabled that too!

I've got two Hemera programs installed on my laptop (photo clip art & Photo Objects and have had no problems with them)

This is my first post and hope someone can help me!

Hi can anyone help? Surely one of you geniuses might know the answer?

Is it possible to re-install Install Shield? If so How? Might that fix it?

Is install shield the same as windows installer? (I've up-dated that recently)

I'll obviously keep the software and install it when I buy a new computer but I'm very reluctant to reformat my desktop and to restore my laptop to the manufacturer's original settings, especially if there is an easier and well known fix!

Please!!! Any advice would gratefully accepted
