Help needed looking to upgrade my system.

Ok it's time i got round to upgrading my system again after three years or more it's getting a little outdated plus the fact i'm starting to use my computer to capture, edit and compress video footage.

Current spec:

2500+ Barton
A7n8x dulexe mobo
256mb Geil ddr 333
60GB Maxtor 5200rpm
Hercules 9800 pro

Sorry if anything looks out of place i haven't been on the overclocking scene in years, i have a budget of around £200 to improve this system as much as possible. Obvious improvements are the RAM and HD but would a faster CPU make my system faster than getting a new Hardrive or RAM, i really don't have a clue and thats why i've made this thread.

Any help appriciated.

I'll check back later and see if anyone else has any suggestions, then i'll post what i end up buying. I think i might buy a whole new system later in the year when i've put some money to the side for it,always nice to freshen things up.

On another note i wonder how much i could get for my current machine probably not too much i would have thought.
