help needed.. lost document

So with me being a plonker as usual i forgot to save my work last night :mad:

is there anyway of getting it back at all as the autorecovery files doesnt have half of the information i had previously written down...

its on microsoft word 2007 using vista i have the hidden folders viewable but can't find it anywhere..

if anyone can give a step by step guide of how to obtain the document i would be eternally grateful

If the system hasnt saved the info in the document, then surely the information doesnt exist anymore?

i thought there was another way to view temporary documents for word not sure hence the reason im asking i hope there is..
