Ok quick post. My brother has a fully working pc using onboard graphics. He added a pci express gfx card he got from a mate and when thats plugged in the pc wont start. The gfx card fan goes at 100%, the bios doesn't welcome beep. So no POST. We got a new psu. Tried gfx card in anotehr machine and it works 100%. Completely at a loss now!
