Help needed on BSOD Please

hi my daughter keeps getting this screen on here laptop

just wondered if anyone has any ideas before i start messing with it with a new format incase its something else....done a little google search but cant find nothing about it thanks

looks like a dodgy driver or possibly a stick of ram has errors.

If the machine is stable for a few minutes or so try this BSOD reader, it may shed some light as to what is tripping Windows up, assuming it is software related. It may work in safe mode too, if that helps any

ok ill go try this program thanks......and memory error its only 4 months old....so probably try a memory test first before taking back....thanks guys
