Help needed on rainbow six (360)

hi,

could some please tell me what i am doing wrong on the mission where you have to open the flood gates on the dam, i get down to the secondary control room and ask the team to hack the computer and then all hell breaks loss which is fine but the game keeps saying i didn't open the control valves in time "game over" is there something i am missing.

I think you just need to kill the attackers within time. When you have killed a set amount of enemy the hack is complete.

OK thanks i will keep trying then, i don't know about you but i can't put this game down

I find myself putting it down when I spend 10 mins on a level then make a silly mistake and have to start over

Im not very patient

i did wonder if this was happening as i have tried to hide in different places but always get shot and one of them was as far down the back as possible and i still got killed so now i will try that again and see if i can kill those two from behind me.

The way I did this bit was to run to the front and throw a grenade at the shutters as open killing a fair few. I then ran back to the pass Jung? (sp) and killed the two that spawn behind you and then turned around and moved forward to the crate outside the terminal, another nade down and shot anything that moved.

Took 2/3 tries but it worked really well

Ah yeah the guys behind. I pulled back immediately after starting the hack. I killed them as the door opened. I also left some C4 on one of the boxes down the l/h side and blew it as they tried to come at me.

well i got pass that now

those two from behind are a pain in the A*** one is there when the door opens but the other one just spawns from nowhere, still i am inside the dam now
