Okay folks, my beloved SGS3 is knackered due to my pluging it into my PC via a USB cable from which the micro USB end had falled into a melted tub of ice cream
I'm assuming that there was still some form of moisture present and this has now caused my phone to now reject a charge from any power source.
I was wondering if it would be possible to install a stock rom onto my phone from an external SD card so that I could get the phone sent away for repair and hopefully stop me having to pay the hundred or so pounds to have the circuit board replaced.
Is there any way this could be done folks. What about using mobile Odin? Would that help?
If this was possible then I would just buy something that would charged the battery outside of the phone as it has only about 8% charge left on it.
Any advice would be very welcome peeps
