Help needed - Outlook Express XP

Hi, I wonder if someone can help.

On my Mums' PC she has an e-mail in her outbox that is locking up the machine.

I can't highlight it to delete it as that is when the pc locks up. Is there a way I can delete it by navigating to it or something like that?

Tried turning off the auto preview (not sure what its called in Outlook Express) in the options?

Edit - that's sorted it thanks mr.sly. Seems she was trying to email her whole photo collection to me (unintentionally of course!) and her ancient laptop was having none of it.
