Still a bit vague. Are there any warnings, usually a yellow circle, prior to each shutdown. Anything stopped responding, etc.

No, just simply as if somebody pulls the plug out mid game.

your 12v rail is a bit low imo,should be above 12v at all times

can also try with 1.08-1.10v cpu/vtt with 16gb of memory

41 error just means pc shutdown unexpectedly
