Hi
My 4year-old card - Radeon R9 270 TurboDUO 2048mb GDDR5 PCI-Express - has given up the ghost.
I need to replace asap.
I am looking for the Forum's help in suggesting a replacement which is either
- equivalent in performance terms to my old card or
- a modest step up in performance terms.
My desktop (home-built) is Gigabyte Z97X-SLI/i5-4690K/16GB/SSD/650PSU with a Dell U2417H monitor.
Suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Simon - How quick was that response!!!! Thank you.
Unfortunately the size of that card is a problem.(Is this very big card?)
- My old card is approx. 21cm x 11cm x 4cm.
- This one is 30+cm x20cm x8cm.
I could probably fit something about 27/28cm x 15cm.
Thanks again.

Thank you for the response.
I may have got the size of the 580 wrong. I have a decent-size case (BitFenix Ronin Tower) but a card that is 30cm+ would be just too long.
I'm struggling to find dimensions of the 580 - I'm getting different results.
Can you help please?

How you came to conclusion is 30cm? The card is registered at 25.5cm. To be exact

255mm*143mm*38mm
