Hello all,

Need some help please

I bought a M.2 SSD from an ebay seller in March earlier this year.

The drive stopped working or I beleive it went faulty.

I emailed the company I bought it from and they advised me to send it back with a covering letter ....which I have done over a month ago now.

I sent it recorded ...so they have received it and signed for it.

However, they are now not responding to any emails or messages or phone calls.

What do I do please?

Thanks

They have never replied and you gave them 6 months?

Have yo kept all the correspondence.
Are they just an ebay shop or do they have another online presence and maybe a phone number?

Other than that and trying to chase them then a threat of a small claims court proceedings is probably about all that you can do :(

So I called from a witheld number and a so called manager answered.

In Summary he advised me that the drive sent back to them was not one supplied by them.

So now where do I stand?

If that's their response - then straight to Ebay/Paypal claim.

Don't mention the phone call - just go through their procedure of email contact

Tell them to send it back to you so you can RMA it with the manufacturer?

Why would they not bother telling you that and why keep the drive?

Ask them what evidence they have to backup their claim

The guy advised that they have confirmation from their 'supplier'

They obviosuly wouldn't tell me who that was.
