help needed pls

please be kind to me as i am a newbie here.i need some information please,
my spec is :quad 775 cpu q9550 2.83 ghz,4.00gb ocz, zotec nvidia gtx 275@896mb,asus maximus ii formula motherbroad, windows 7 32bit,and h50 cooling.
i play a lot of games but mainly moden warefare 2.wot i have done is i clocked the cpu using asus cpu level up program i got it to a qx9770 it seems to be ok
but i need more speed,as i am fed up seeing people on mw2 bolting round like a bat out hell.any idea's how i can improve my system for more speed ie graphics etc will that help us or can the cpu be clocked any more?
am a bit confussed about the graphics as some people told me to go ati then some people say nvidia
what would you recommend anyone pls

First off what is your knowledge on computers? reason for asking is the system you have will play WM2 maxed out no problem, dont get me wrong the GPU ent the best but will archive 40 fps average easy, k.

If you would like me to recommend you a gpu that would archive higher fps then go for ATi's HD 5000 series.

Did you build the system yourself? and how long has the operating system been installed?

the system was part built up by me sort off its about 5 months old a mate off mine built it but i added the graphic card and memory and cooler and recent added windows 7 about 2 months ago.

am on 3.5 meg adsl and the ping seems to be ok.it might be just me thinking that the system is slow, i don't know or may be i could go better with the 5000 card.
or could it be these people are hacking? i don't know

And more to the point what is the problem in more detail, are you only having these issues online or in campaign??

What internet connection are you using adsl, cable?? n what bandwidth ???
