help needed plz

just installed my wc kit, turned on the pc and it hangs straight away, it has press DEL to enter SETUP, F8 to ENTER Boot Menu, but what every i press it still hangs??

4 x 512 GEIL Ram
XFX 6800 Ultra
2x WD Raptors

normaly hanging really really fast is a heat issue being detected and the board quickly shuts down. dont have no experieces with wc so cant comment on that part
