Hello!
Today i have installed fresh install of Vista 64bit Home Edition , done all the updates everyting is great a part of when i open my Computer i don't see my second Drive 250mb one , in BIOS everyting is OK. Also if i go to Device manager i can see bouth drives over there and it says that bouth works properly, but why i don't see it under My Computer ? btw this was totally fresh install when i reformated i deleted all info i had before on them !
I am sure there is a good explonation and right place where to activate my Hdd or something.

Please guide Vista noobie to the right direction.

cheers

If anyone else is having the same problem that vairo was having, simply do the following:

The reason why vairo was unable to see he's second Hard Drive in My Computer was because he hadn't yet created a partition followed by formatting it on he's second hard disk drive.

To do this simply type in "Computer Management" into Vista's start menu search bar and hit enter. Once the computer management window has appeared navigate down to where it said’s Disk Management which is located under the Storage option. Now in the bottom half of that page you should see two disks, Disk 0 (Your drive that has your Windows Installation on) and Disk 1 (Which is empty and should say Unallocated [This is your missing Hard Disk Drive])

Now right click on the black bar and select New Simple Volume. The New Simple Volume Wizard should now pop up, once it does just simply follow the very easy to follow on screen instructions. Once you have completed this process you will then be able to use your second hard disk drive.

You will also now be able to see your second hard disk in My Computer. :p:)
