right, i have a 4890 and im running vista x64 / windows 7
i have got today a samsung t190 monitor which supports a native resolution of 1440x900
however, i cant set that resolution in vista or windows seven, i have tried forcing it through ccc.
having googled it i can find hundreds of threads where people have had similar problems trying to set widescreen resolution but no where seems to have an answer, i really dont want to have to reinstall windows..
any ideas, its a DVI connection, should be doing this automaticly shouldnt it? im wondering if the monitor is faulty.
