Hi all
I'm having real problems with my newly arrived Ruark MR1 mk2 speakers and could do with a sanity check.
Whatever I try, I can't get them to work in stereo mode. When I run a channel test, the left speaker plays the right and left channels and the right speaker does the same thing (at the same time). So it's effectively like having 2 mono speakers.
I have tried the aux, optical and Bluetooth inputs off a range of devices (DAC, desktop, phone, ipad, TV) and tried different cables and content (online channel tests, blu rays, music).
My best guess is there's an internal fault - should I be sending them back for a replacement or have I missed something obvious?
