Not sure if I should post this in here or the gaming forums here we go :
I have a Roccat Kone gaming mouse however I'm pretty sure I haven't set it up properly. Most of the time it can feel to fast or inaccurate (jumpy) when gaming. There's so many settings in the driver software I've pretty much left them alone.
One thing that really confuses me is the DPI switcher. I thought the higher the better (it ranges from 800-3200) however at the moment I have it set to 800 because if I increase it the pointer is way to fast as I need only move the mouse the slightest amount and the pointer moves completely from one side of the screen to another. I haven't touched /advanced sensitivity or /Mouse acceleration although I did turn on /TCU but couldn't really see the difference.
I'm using a Goliathus speed Gaming surface and also have a Goliathus control gaming surface.
So basically what I want to know is how to set up a gaming mouse to be quick yet accurate/smooth for gaming.
Thanks
Jase
