Bit of a newbie to standalone cameras - I've used a Canon 550D many moons ago, but always been a phone camera guy really for convenience.
I’m looking at stepping up my photography game, well hopefully. I take a lot of photos of my computer setup, lets say i have a recognised setup with big brands which is nice, so i'm looking to improve the quality of photo. I often take close up product shots and full setup shots using my phone (S21 Ultra but more recently moved to iPhone 13 Pro Max). I’ve been looking at the Sony A7C or the Sony A7 iii, leaning towards the A7C, as I believe it’s got a newer sensor?
My need is to be able to take the same sort of 4:3 photo I do on my phone but obviously up the quality a lot. I’m limited on space so understanding the lens I might need to have for a full shot like I’ve been taking. Id' say 2 / 3 meters away from my full setup.
Any pointers? Thoughts on the camera please?
