Ok all

Am i supposed to put the coals in the base of the bbq or onto of the black grill?

There is a black grill and then the cooking grill about 3 inch's above it.

Im bloody starving so hopefully i get some fast replies. :)

put the coals on the lower black grill i'd assume set them a blaze then wack the meat on the top black grill. There should be a like tray bit below to catch all the ash and dripping fat etc etc. Dont hold me to that though!

Thats answered for me then, i thought it was that but always better to be sure :D

Ill have a burger for you all.

We have a homebase BBQ which indicated that the coals should be placed directly in the base of the BBQ. Needless to say the BBQ wouldn't stay alight and the coals were relocated to the black grill above (which the manual said was for cooking).

Really these companies should employ someone to read the instructions of their products and possibly try to follow them.
