I have hit a brick wall today - Notepad is something I have never used.

Today my neighbour came round with a new bike camera - One of these -
This is support page -- http://www.bullethd.pl/support_bullet_hd_1080.htm

All we are trying to do is set time and date. - This camera has no screen and as far as I can see no program screen when I plug it into PC - The link above shows the web page where I can download the time and date setting instructions and info on saving it - This is where I get lost - All I need to do is copy the date in Notepad to Removable disk M

I can copy in notepad but can't seem to paste it anywhere.

Some useful suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

Dave

You have it in one.

Save it to where ? -Desktop ? - Then copy from desktop to file in M ? - is it that easy ?--
I tried saving it to new folder on desktop then copy then right click on "M" but paste was greyed out.

Will try again.

Cheers

Dave

ps - Just had another go and it's way over my head so going to take it back - camera works but time and date are wrong

Way over your head!??

Is basic copy and paste.

Right click the file, copy.

Go into M drive, right click, paste.

That's what I thought.

I can copy the file in notepad but the paste function is greyed out when come to copy it to "M" file - tried creating folder on desktop and copy it to there - - copy file and paste is still greyed out when try to paste to "M" - everything I do seems to make no differece "It's always greyed out in M"

I know from past experience that it is going to be so easy it will be laughable - but untill I get to that point it's a pigging PITA -- Don't think I gave up after 2 min - been trying for 2 hrs and this post has been last resort.

I have watched Youtube video's - read loads of help pages but it still won't paste.

Dave

ps Joey - you might have a point.
