Help needed to install a side pannel window.

After a lot of searching for a factory built window side pannel for my coolermaster wavemaster (Silver) I have found nothing in the uk.

I have decided to do it myself, the only thing is i've never done it before!
If you guys can give me some tips and kinda a fools proff guide that would be great. :D. Also i'm asuming the side pannel would get scratched so not sure what to do about that!

masking tape the hole side of the panel. then draw on your window design, drill a few pilot holes and then jigsaw to the lines and follow around doit in a few pieces make sure you have the correct blade, a steady surface and a medium speed and you will be laughing
 
Measure it all up first to make sure the window is in the right place. Put a lot of masking tape around the areas that you will be cutting, i've even put 3 layers on just to be safe. Draw the window shape on the masking tape, make sure agan that it is in the right place. Make large pilot holes in the corners of the window, but not too close to the edges of the window as you do not want to go over the line. Then use a jigsaw with a very fine toothed blade. If you're confident in using a jigsaw and can cut in perfectly straight line then cut right on the line, if not then cut 1-2mm inside the line and finish off the rest with a file or dremel - I prefer a file as it's faster and gives mush better and straighter finish. One good tip for cutting a perfectly straight line is to use a long piece of wood or spirit level and clamp it to the side panel and use its edge as a guide for the jigsaw to slide along.
After you have cut and finished off the edges it's time to fit the perspex, there are a few different ways of fixing it. I've riveted mine, but you can use screws or double sided tape or silicon sealer adhesive etc.

Yeah but it came from the netherlands and they don't have any clear windows just ones with either coolermaster of nvidia badges :mad: !
