Help needed to o/c E2180

Help needed.
A mate of mine has a E2180 @ 2.0Ghz, i have seen quite a few signitures on these forums with people running these at 2.9Ghz or even more, any advice on BIOS settings and coolers needed would be much appreciated.
The aim is to try and get Arma2 playable on this machine.

Assuming he's on air, the Titan Fenrir recently got Custom PC's top pick when it comes to CPU cooling. My dad has that CPU and I managed to overclock it to 3.2Ghz on an Arctic Cooling Freezer Pro 7. I used a vcore of 1.45v iirc and 9x multi, although this is a while ago and I can't quite remember the details. Overclocking is made so easy these days by decent BIOSs you really shouldn't have a problem obtaining your desired results.

Mine will run quite happily run at 3.2Ghz on 1.35v under a Tuniq Tower.
Drop the ram multi so your not overclocking the ram, stick the cpu volts to 1.3v and crank up the FSB and see what it will do.
Depending if you are using 2 or 4 sticks of ram you may have to nudge the McH (northbridge) voltage up a notch too.
