help needed to oc using 125 strap

hi im currently oc 4.4v 1.392v stable max temp 70c
i would like to reach 4.5 and have seen that it may be better on 125 strap have no idea on how to oc using this method.
i have tried to use it but ended up clearing cmos to get pc working think it was memory settings as there confusing.

anyone got any settings to use to start me off, rig is as spec.

ok thanks will give that a go anything else need changing ie llc

thanks for advice not sure on the memory part in what to choose when using 125 strap tried the given speed had to clear cmos to get pc running.
