Hi guys, im looking for some help. I was given a SANYO JCX-TS760 DVD player with Surround Sound Speakers

I was wondering if it would be possible to hook it up to the PC (I know literaly nothing about this stuff so forgive me if im being stupid :p )

I know I could use the speakers themselves but due to my setup (Headset & speakers going into the PC through a Splitter)

I really need the ability to be able to use the box/remote to turn the speakers off/on.

I found a manual for the player through Google but it didn't mention anything about computers :(

Thanks for your time.

Edit also if it helps here's a picture of from the back of the player

If they are input connectors then you can probably connect the red and white audio ports to your computer with a 3.5mm adapter.

Ifs more likely that they are output ports though in which case i don't think you will be able to hook them up.

Thanks for replying synixx, I believe they are VIDEO (AUDIO) IN sockets, I should be able to get my hands on a Red/White to 3.5mm cable at the weekend so will give it a try then :)

Thanks Again
