I know to some people its easy but im having a nightmare with updating the firmware. Do i need a mfw programme to open the files needed to update because when i download the files they appear in my downloads with an internet explorer symbol at the side of them and a box appears that asks me to open or save the file .If i click it it just puts the same file beneath the one in the box....its driving me crazy.Any help would be great
