Hi there - I've owned a Saitek Eclipse for 5 years, and it's finally given up the ghost 
(My 5 year old Logitech MX518 mouse is still going strong though

I now need a new keyboard. I'm typing this on a £7.99 special, and by Christ it's crap
I need a keyboard for typing (dur) and light gaming duties. I liked the feel, weight and robustness of the Saitek, and the back lighting was a nice touch, albeit a bit dark. I like the idea of this anti-ghosting malarky (allowing 3+ key presses - is that what it means?) as the old keyboard got a bit funny with multiple presses. The keys felt nice and positive.
I don't really think I need these 'macro keys' (what are they for, anyway?), but a keyboard that can take the occasional 'love tap' would be an advantage!!
I spent £28.17 + vat and delivery (2005) on my old keyboard, and I'd like to spend a similarly small amount, if at all possible!
Some of your ideas on what is/isn't good would be really appreciated! Money is an important factor, but not the be all and end all
