Help needed with PS3 bluetooth headset

Hi all.

Having a nightmare trying to get my Motorola H350 headset to work with my PS3. I have about a 50% success rate in getting the device to pair, but when it does I confirm that the mic is working (can har static down the headset to), selected H350 as input and output device. I just can't seem to get the headset to come on in games or in chat. Anything I might be missing?

My NAT type is type 2 and I've enabled the following ports on my wireless router...
5223, 3478-3479, 3658.

Any suggestions?

I must admit, I've had one or two problems with my H350 on occasion. I can't get it to work at all in Rainbow Six, and in the early days (I did pick up the headset in March), it would inconsistenly work with Motorstorm and Resistance. The other week it refused point blank to work in Warhawk (as the OcUK guys will attest, I left and joined 4 times!).

I know that it's a pain, but when it starts giving problems re-add the device to the PS3 in accessory settings. That seems to sort most problems for me.

I'll have to do that. I've tried several times and never got it to work in a game or in chat full stop. On some occassions it's even seemed to manage disconnecting the PS3 from the network and even made the controller go schizo and start flashing lights for no reason!

Think I might invest in a different one, but want to be sure it is just the headset that's the problem.
