Had my bits I ordered from Overclockers earlier:
I had an Intel e6600 and ASRock Conroe XFire ESATA2 prior to this. Anyway I've chucked everything in and now I can't boot into windows. Says its unable to load the operating system. My hard disc is a 250gig Maxtor 6L250S0 according to the bios. I know it needs replacing but can't really afford to right now. Any ideas what the problem could be? I'm running Windows XP - I'd rather not have to format if at all possible!

I'm guessing Windows just doesn't like new hardware out of the blue - but there must be an alternative to formatting? I really can't be bothered to unplug everything, and plug all the old stuff back in so I can back it up! Hehe
