Morning all,
Brother handed me his old laptop today, he had two av programs installed ( norton and sophos ) in removing sophos he's lost any ability to connect to his wifi network.
wifi is turned on and in hardware manager the card is present and drivers all correct, but try as we might we can't even get the small connection icon in taskbar.
any ideas at all among you guys ? would be appreciated
