Help Needed!

Successfully completed my build but new to the system configuration section to the bios. Specification in my signature.

Everything is running fast and furious at the moment but i noticed that the memory timings or 5-5-5-18 1.8v and the memory supports 4-4-4-12 2.1v.

I found the timings in the BIOS but when i put these in im stuck as to what this means 1T - 2T which one do i select to get the memory running at it's settings?

Also when i open the nVidia Control Panel the memory monitor is yellow on voltages everything else is green with all correct settings and voltages.

I'm stuck and want the optimal setting for my setup.

yup it is just ordered a new cooler for the cpu, running at 44-46c. I've noticed in the nforce monitor that the memory voltage is 1.85v and is in a yellow colour but the recommended settings are 4-4-4-12 2.1v am i supposed to be running with these setting instead of the defaults also is T1 recommended?

It's an ongoing project at the moment, replacing case, getting rid of the hyper type r powersupply as it's a 4pin need a 8pin for cpu power.
