It says Windows internet explorer.

Cannot find http:/bannercpm.com/bc/123kah.php'

make sure the path or int adi is correct.

looks like some kind of spy/ad ware infection.

Update your A/V software and scan.
Also download, update and then scan with...

Spybot S&D
and
AdAware

that should get you going for now.

Post back if you have any problems with those two programs and let us know how it goes.

Also, if you haven't already, look at not using IE and get something like Opera or FireFox (my choice) with an Ad blocker snap in.

Just done a quick search on google for '123kah.php' and it comes up with numerous links to problems other people are having with the same popup. It is spyware, as chaosophy says download those programs - update them and run a full scan on your system and let us know how you get on.
 
Hmm, surprised neither of them found it. Are you sure you fully updated them both and did full scans? all HDDs etc.

As suggested try it in safe mode, see if it helps.

Google does throw up results for this but nothing definite that I've seen. It is out there but maybe quite new or low profile.
 
Maybe a long shot, but try re installing Internet Explorer? (Make sure you delete the Internet Explorer directory from your Hard Drive too :))
 
Just had another google and this seems a good one to follow.

Ignore the msconfig bit, and maybe try the clean up bits mentioned before doing the IE reset thing.

Ive found out that it had something 2 do wiv int/exploror 7, I have uninstalled it and that dam thing has gone now, also my e-mail is working ok now :)
