i have read the the stickys but still no joy.

i'm at my parents and my mother have AOL broadband with the wireless netgear router well i will be staying here for a while and i have a BT home hub wich is wireless Q's is can i create a wireless network so i can gain acces to the internet this way

You mean connect the HH to the Netgear?

in a nutshell yes

the netgear wirless router is connected to the main internet connection via AOL and the home hub will be upstairs wanted to know if i can connect via wirless using the Homehub to the netgear down stairs

AFAIK you can't make the HH work as a wireless client.

Why do you need to use the BT HH? If wireless works to upstairs then you just need a wireless adapter for your PC.
