Help needed

Hi im looking to upgrade my graphic card and im not very clued up on PC stuff

, currently im using a radeon 5770 1gb. Ive have been looking at Asus GeForce GTX 560 and the Asus GeForce GTX 560Ti but my worry is that i only have a 450W Quiet 80 PLUS Dual Rail PSU, will i need to upgrade that aswell? Any advice would be great thanks in advance

The resolution will be 1920x1080.

I think I will go with the PSU you have listed and the GTX 560ti, and another quick question say I wanted to SLI the 560ti would 600w do it?
