Help needed!

hi guys, amateur here ive got to a point with my P where im stuck now... i have 3 cables coming from the PSU left one says "CPU" The other one says PCI-E and the last one is 3x 4 pin connectors and a smaller connection at the end, (not labelled)

This is the motherboard i have

Also
there is no connection available to plug into the ATX 12 connector, am i being thick here? any help would be appreciated, Thanks

on the CPU cable? and one of these connects to the ATX12?

also what about the other 2 cables left over?

the cable which is 4 + 4 is the CPU cable so this is split and made into the ATX 12? (sorry guys just want to make sure didnt quite understand the answer
