Help needed...

Hey peeps so this is doing my nut in and i dont know how to fix so here goes...

When my pc gets warm the screen shuts off for a couple of seconds and then comes back on it does that a few times and i dont know how to fix...

Pulled it apart today and give it a clean thinking that might of been the issue but its not. It still happens.
With the warm weather its happening a lot faster and a lot more which is a pain in the beeeeep.

Do you have any other monitor to try or other source to connect to current monitor?
That would help in telling on which end of the cable problem is.

Also check if Event viewer shows anything for time of image disappearing.
 
It happened with my other moniter and gfx card so presumed it was one of them so i upgraded them and still happens :confused::confused: ...

I have no idea how to lower the refresh rate

goto nvidia control panel and select adjust desktop size and position, change the refresh rate to 60hz.

I tried this and i cant save it the resolution is 1920 x 1080 and refresh is at 72Hz if i change it to 60Hz it changes it back to 72.
