HELP network adapter has unistalled /cant conect to internet

my adapter driver has somehow uninstallled and i cant connect to the the internet to update it,tryed safemode but no good,tryed unistall it myself but nothing will work need help guys

Cant you download the driver using the internet connection you used to post this thread?

lol can you provide some more information....?

What OS are you in, what network adapter is it? USB? What exactly happens when you try to connect? And use your mobile connection or something to download update?

In with virgin,and IS saying the network adapter has uninstalled so can't connect to the net to fix it,it's a old asrock wolfdale 1333-d667 motherboard 775 socket I think so I went to asrock websit and found the downloads for it ,there is only a few bios downloads and 2 LAN downloads is it the LAN downloads that I need also the drivers are for vista and xp no win7 drivers,but they must work as it's been working for months

found the original disk and installed the ethernetdriver but its saying i have to many resourses working at the same time and to disable soom,dont understand what is going on,would it have something to do with 1 of the memeory slots has broken and the 2gb stick of ram broke with it,the other slot with 2gb raam works ok any idea guys,really stumped over this
