HELP!! New build issues

Finally put my build together but it's showing red cpu error on the motherboard which is normal because I've put a 3700x into a MSI B450 Tomahawk.

I have a bios on a usb but I have no display at all, whether its onboard with the gpu inserted but unplugged, or the gpu (Palit 2070 super) fully connected.

Please help!!

Ah, ok so renamed the rom. It's now flashing as we speak.

Just odd I have no display and the fans.. all of them at 100%

That normal?

bios updated, now have display.

Still having issues tbh. Random shut downs and then suddenly then cpu isn't detected until the same flash...
