Ok guys just received my G.skill 2*1gb pc3200 zx kit and popped them in my system and for some reason they won't run on a divider above 140 but will run stock timings. I have tried on a 166 divider with slacker timings and upping volts to 2.9v and still no joy (doesn't even get to windows loading screen). I put my 2*512mb pc3200 ocz gold's in and i can run 180 dividers lol with the same cpu clock (260mhz*10).

Anyone have any ideas? or is it rma time for the ram?

k i'l give it a go when i get home from work this afternoon and let you know how it goes! just find it strange that it will run the timings just doesn't like the 166/180 dividers but with cpu running at stock (200*10) it will run on a 200 divider

rite-o i think my g.skill is nackered! i just reset cmos and tried putting the ram on a divider of 200 with stock timings (2-3-2-5) and the cpu at it's stock 200*10 setting, every time i would get to windows loading screen and just before it's about to come to desktop it reboots! i then popped my OCZ back in and it boots up fine. Anyone else think this is RMA time?

ok guys update for you here! i re-flashed my bios (to the latest) and now ram is working on a 166 and 180 divider. However boot times are getting a tad silly, i currently have my ram running on the 166 divider and 2.5-3-3-8 and 216mhz now my comp gets to my windows sign on screen quickly but after i enter my password it takes ages to get to desktop (First my background appears, then eventually my desktop appears).
