HELP: New setup decisions

Currently, I am considering the following equipment for making a home cinema:

- Westinghouse LVM-37W1 37" HD Ready Flat Panel LCD Monitor
Specs:http://www.dealtime.co.uk/xPF-Westinghouse-WESTINGHOUSE-LVM-37w1-37-Video-Monitor

Note: Sky Freeview with box intended to be used, will this provide the tuner?

- Samsung DVD-HD850: DVD upscaler

Im not quite sure on a lot of things. Eventually, I would like to have an Xbox 360, a Wii, or a Ps3 connected to this setup. As such, I would really appreciate answers to the following questions, thanks guys.

1) Would each of those 3 consoles connect to that setup?
2) I am missing an actual HD-DVD player, would it be best to get a Xbox360 with HD-DVD player?
3) Can the Xbox360 HD-DVD player connect to the setup?
4) Can the Xbox360 HD-DVD upscale, without a HDMI connection?
5) Is there an alternative setup that would produce superior, all-round results at a similar price level and size (37" or above)? Note: HDTV - £790.
6) Can SDTV from the Sky Freeview box be upscaled? If so, how?

This is WIP, and I may add more questions as time goes. I want to use this for watching regular TV and DVDs, as well as HD DVDs and gaming (HD and SD). I understand im being very picky and requesting a lot, but all help is welcome and I appreciate the time taken to read and reply to this thread. Cheers. :)
