Help, no idea

hi, my pc suddenly turned off, i tried to turn it back on but nothing is happening, I'm not sure where the problem is, my motherboard power light was on however the pc wasn't turning on, does anyone have any idea if this may be a psu, or mobo issue?

Take all the bits out and have just the board+CPU and single RAM stick installed.

Plug the monitor directly into the motherboard and then try and switch it on via the motherboard powr ON/OFF button.

thanks stulid but it worked after i took my psu out and plugged everything back in for some reason.
