HELP - No POST

Hi guys,

Just finished building up my new rig. Went to put the power on, and...very little happened. The fans spin up, the power lights come on but there's no POST, no beep from the system, and no signal to the monitor.

I'm running a Gigabyte DS3 with Corsair Dominator DDR-800 RAM, Core 2 E6400, 2x Seagate Barracuda 7200.10s, and a Pioneer DVD-RW.

From the sticky on Gigabyte boards on the mobos section, I am guessing the problem is probably the motherboard. The first post in that sticky describes more or less the same situation, and says that a small percentage of DS3's still on the shelves have issues with C2D/fast RAM systems.

Any other recommendations for things I should check first? Any other likely culprits? Or should I dismantle the whole rig and RMA the board?

Thanks.

Just try booting up with motherboard, cpu, ram, cooler, psu and graphics card and see if it boots then. If not, use the other RAM stick and swap the slots about a bit. Have you got both power connectors plugged in? I.E. the 4 pin AND the 24 pin?
