Help - No sound on secondary iMac accounts

Got a new iMac and just noticed that the two secondary accounts I have setup (wife and daughter) have no sound coming from the internal speakers. The volume up and down onscreen display works but no beeps and nothing is being played from any source (iTunes, websites).

Swapping back to my account (either reboot or fast switching) all is working for me.

Any ideas?

Thanks that's solved it, had swapped to an alternative. I did check the sound settings but completely overlooked this.

Looking around it seems some people are suffering from a similar issue with sound output automatically changing. Hopefully just a one off for me.
