One area i`m not up on is case cooling.According to the amd guys(how do you put an image in this post btw?) flow should go from front and up and get thrown out the fan below psu.
Well i probably made a mistake and had an 2500rpm noisy blue led akasa pointing air towards cpu area(as it cooled air below hiper well).
So i`ve switched it around to blow air out back.
Also found a zalman 120mm fan lying about and installed in front(damn its noisy)
I also got an 80mm low noise coolermaster for space just below the akasa which seems doesn`t push any sort of air,i wonder if i should get another brand of fan,and should i point it in towards top of my 1800xt? (or reverse again).
Mobo temps seem to have gone down a good 5 degrees to 36 with cpu at 29 at idle with a64 3700(room cool now) with side panel on.
Just wondering if i`m on right erm track here
Cheers
Edit cpu temps seem to rise more now 39-42 when playing oblivion, that ok?

You seem to have some good CPU temps there. What were they beforehand though - I wouldn't imagine you need all of those fans tbh. I have just a single 120 exhaust at the back of my case and my temps are fine (Zalman CNPS9500 on the CPU) - 37-42C loaded depending on room temp.

You can upload images with imageshack. When you upload an image, it will give you a 'direct link to image' (at the bottom of the screen). Copy this and here, wrap it in
