Help. Not working!!!!

Hi guys

Was using my main rig tonight and the screen went blank. It wouldn't power off and had to turn it off at the power supply. I opened the case and turned it on again, no warnings or bios beeps (inc post beep) and the CPU fans not on but the case fans were on full power. USB devices don't appear to have power keyboard and wifi adapter not lighting up. Any ideas what's up?! I am guessing motherboard but is there anything else I can try?
PC spec
1 AMD PHENOM2 X4 965 AM3 BLK 125
1 4GB 2x2G CMX4GX3M2A1600C9 XMP
1 GByte GA-880GA-UD3H MoBo AM3
1 A/Cooling Freezer 7 Pro v2

What fans are plugged into the motherboard? Just the CPU fans?

The power supply starts up (with fan) then?

Think power supply fans on. And one rear case fan plugged into motherboard which I think is what's running full tilt

Power supply fan on. It's the graphics card fan that's on full. As I was able to adjust case fans. And they were running as normal

CMOS reset fella. Disconnect the PSUs power and pop the little battery out the mobo for a minute then replace it. See if that helps

Can't see a CMOS battery anywhere on the board

Your GPU is hiding it I think you'll find

You can do it by the jumper on the header if you prefer

Still nothing but I started the CPU fan with a tap

try your pc without the graphics card, take it out and use the onboard graphics

Tried onboard graphics, another graphics card, tried each ram stick and removed the mechical drive.
