Hi everyone.
New to the forum having just picked up a new tower today for my lad.
Everything looks great but one major issue - nothing showing on monitor!!
Tried different hdmi cables, pda cable - nothing.
Tried a second monitor and nothing either.
Same cables plugged into laptop work fine so no problems there.
I was told when I collected it that it should simply plug and play (preinstalled Windows 11) but I can’t get the thing to work.

Looks nice though.

Process of elimination makes me think there’s no display coming out of new tower (it’s a prebuilt Overclockers Quartz). It’s not super high spec compared to many others but as a first gaming computer for my son it will hopefully be something to build on in the future - if we can get it to work.

Can anyone suggest what I can check or will I simply have to contact customer services to find out what to do?

Ima guess the graphics card is not correctly seated, or one of the power cables connected to it aren't fully inserted
you know how graphics card just push into a slot right? give it a gentle push further into the case and see if it makes a click sound.

don't wiggle it up or down, just a gentle but firm push, you might wanna do the same with the power cables that attach to it as well.

you don't need to pull the card out just make sure its properly pushed in

graphics cards don't just pull out btw, there;s a plastic tab on the slot you have to press, or it's locked in there so don't try yanking it out blindly! there should be 0 reason for you to remove it from the slot anyway.

I just wanna be clear about that before you break something.
Thanks for the reply and advice.
I’m new to this, as is my lad so we’re on a learning curve.
Everything appears plugged and clipped as it should.
Having said that we purchased it a prebuilt system so are still learning about it. Not sure where bits are or how they should look etc.
Any other advice greatly recieved.
Thanks
