I've overclocked my e2180, it's stable at 2.7ghz and 3ghz but once I reach 3.2ghz I get BSOD/Memory dump on demanding games. I'm happy with 3.2ghz just want it stable.

320x10 and 1.41v Core (although CPU-Z says 1.392v). My DDR is 400mhz, I set the ratio to keep at this speed (FSB: DRAM = 4:5), is that okay?

35C idle, <50C load though. :)

Raise the vcore to 1.45v and test again.

1.45v is safe enough to have as long as you go no higher than 1.5v+

Also check the ram is set to 2.1v.

Had a hiccup this morning, PC didn't boot in to Windows, did once I left it running for a while to "warm up" then it booted in straight a way, which is odd.

Temperatures at idle are still 35C.

320x10 (3.2ghz), 1.45v.
RAM at 800mhz (400mhz whatever), 2.1v and 4:4:4:12 timings.

Anything that might be an issue?

You might need to drop the timings on the RAM a little or even push the voltage up just a 'little' on the RAM then test.
