Help OC'ing a Q6600 on P5QL Pro

Any help (for an ocing noob)? Im looking for a stable OC of around 3.0ghz, not expecting miracles cuz i dunno how good the board is for overclocking, i only bought it because of the stable P43 chipset.

Anywhoo enough of the rambling, any ideas?

I've managed that OC with that CPU simply using stock volts. Give it a go first
