Help on 800D loop route please.

Guys, can you give me your input here,

This design with the water flowing:

Pump (OUTLET) - CPU -120.3 Roof RAD - GPU1 - GPU2 - 120.2 Base RAD - RES - Pump (INLET)
Blue line is my possible fill port and green circle is the possible snap link to enable easier draining, both are not decided.

OR THIS:

with the water flowing:

Pump (OUTLET) - RES - CPU -120.3 Roof RAD - GPU1 - GPU2 - 120.2 Base RAD - Pump (INLET)

thanks man,
Was sat working it out just now, the diag 2 wont work so well, i need the res to feed the inlet of the pump so it wont starve and die! so Diag one it has to be thus far.

but if in this order the pump has no water on the inlet to keep it fed, my 655 will soon be dieing of warn baring from running dry, you need to feed the pump from the res.

Guys, i am now making some progress!!!
The fan that sits on the underside of the PSU Bay, i am now able to fit it on the top side of the shelf thing, Question is, do it have it push or pull?
Pushing air from the top of the case into the base to allow more air to circulate the bottom rad?
OR
Have it pulling air from the bottom of the case?

The only inlet will be via the PSU in the bottom and the bottom rad will likely have 4 fans on push-rad-pull
