Will the psu be enough for 2 970's and a i7 3770k bear in mind both un OC.

Yes 750W is enough for that and thats a decent enough PSU that you can probably overclock too.

I would go with the Superflower Leadex or wait for the EVGA Supervova G2 to come back in stock.

Nice build. 20g of thermal paste is a waste, though. Unless you're going to build dozens of computers in one year or so. Otherwise, by the time you build your next, there may be even better paste on the market (and unopened so in better condition).

An i7 3770K won't work with that Z97 Motherboard as they are on different sockets.

The i7 3770K is on Z77.

That platform is now discontinued, so you would either need to find a 2nd hand Z77 board, or go with a Z97 cpu such as the i7 4790K.
